This week we will be learning all about our muscles and how they work.
Challenge - Go outside for the afternoon, do as many different fun activities as you can, thinking about the muscles that you are using. Make a prediction before you start as to what muscle you think you will use, then test. Try to think of different types of activities such as running, jumping, swinging on a swing, balancing or doing a plank. You will probably be surprise as to which muscles you use.
